Meet  the Management Team

Tangie Brickhouse-Beaty is the founder/CEO of WOW (Walking on Water) Productions of Columbia, SC.  With over 20 years of entertainment industry experience that includes 25+ productions and film projects, Tangie received many awards that has landed her a national award winning playwright, film writer, director, national touring stage manager, casting director and producer in addition to making history for opening the first Urban Black Box Theatre in the state of SC. Tangie received her certification as Film Producer and Line Producer from the Hollywood Film Institute in Los Angeles, CA. In 2017, Tangie founded the non-profit agency, WOW Performing Arts Center, an agency geared to helping actors, writers and directors in telling their story to the best of their ability. Tangie is also the proud mother to 2 sons, James (27) and Isaiah (21); an overjoyed grandmother to Elijah (4yr old) and a privileged and honored wife for 23 years to Thomas Beaty.

Josetra Baxter is the co-founder and co-manager of One7evenOne Productions and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and a Masters of Science in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University. Bazter is also the owner and operator of an entertainment management company called DJI Firm.  DJI conducts promotions and marketing, event coordination and management, and entertainment consulting for entertainers and entertainment companies. She is recently married to her husband Ronald Baxter.

Tamara Finkbeiner is the co-founder and co-manager of One7evenOne Productions and is a graphic designer, photographer and videographer who also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music. Finkbeiner has owned her own successful graphic design company, KLF Design Firm, for over 13 years. With her expertise in design, Tamara functions as a director and O7O’s head of creative design/editing.

Dana has studied performing arts and business at Francis Marion University and has a BBA in Marketing and a MBA in Business Administration. She has worked in the entertainment industry for many years where she has been blessed to work on numerous commercials, films and television shows. Along with film and television work, Dana has worked with several theatre companies and performing arts schools. As a coach and a talent scout, Dana has an enormous passion for her craft. She desires to inspire and be a shining example to the people of today and tomorrow.

Will Young IV, also known as "Will," is a native of New Orleans and has been influenced by the city's music, dance, and overall atmosphere. He began performing at a young age, participating in piano recitals, music concerts, local talent shows, and church choirs. Will's passion for acting was sparked in 2003 when he was cast as an extra in the movie "Ray," starring Jamie Foxx. Since, he has had the opportunity to work with some of the best acting coaches, directors, and actors in the industry, which has contributed to his success as an actor, acting coach, and director.
