Tangie Brickhouse-Beaty is the founder/CEO of WOW (Walking on Water) Productions of Columbia, SC. With over 14 years of experience, Tangie is a national award winning playwright, film writer and director that has produced over 18 productions along the east coast. Tangie received a national distribution deal for her first stage play Yesterday Is Still Gone, where she was also awarded Best Stage Play Director at the Kingdomwood Christian Film Festival, listed as The Top 12 Most Interesting Minorities of 2013, selected as SC Black Pages as Top 40 Under 40 in SC, awarded Best Theatre Production Company and Best Theatre Director by Black Women in Jazz and Arts in Atlanta, GA and more. In addition to opening the first Urban Black Box Theatre in the state of SC, Tangie received her certification as Film Producer and Line Producer from the Hollywood Film Institute in Los Angeles, CA. Also an Executive Board Member to Urban Playwrights United - the largest urban playwright organization in the country serving over 2K playwright and directors.

Josetra Baxter is the co-founder and co-manager of One7evenOne Productions and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and a Masters of Science in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University. Bazter is also the owner and operator of an entertainment management company called DJI Firm. DJI conducts promotions and marketing, event coordination and management, and entertainment consulting for entertainers and entertainment companies. She is recently married to her husband Ronald Baxter.

Dana has studied performing arts and business at Francis Marion University and has a BBA in Marketing and a MBA in Business Administration. She has worked in the entertainment industry for many years where she has been blessed to work on numerous commercials, films and television shows. Along with film and television work, Dana has worked with several theatre companies and performing arts schools. As a coach and a talent scout, Dana has an enormous passion for her craft. She desires to inspire and be a shining example to the people of today and tomorrow.

Shaniqka Thomas is no stranger to the arts and with 10+ years in the modeling and acting industry, she posses top notch skills in recognizing and selecting great talent. As an author, her first novel, My Heart Says This: The Invisible Like Between Heartache and Insanity, riveted off the charts and landed her #1 on Amazon. She has landed a major publishing deal, and wrote I Love You, But I Don't Mean To published by Leo Sullivan Publishing Company. Shaniqka is not only an author but has extended her reach into playwriting and directing, when she turned her award winning novel to the hit stage play, Love Lies, where she co-directed with Tangie Beaty. Shaniqka is the proud mother a beautiful daughter Kamea. She has been the WOW Management Team in 2013.
